Performed each spring by a local cast, with the second act staged in the historic courtroom itself. The 2027 season runs April 2 through May 8; tickets go on sale in November.

Fourteen bronze installations along Main Street, plus the Atticus Finch monument on the square and murals depicting scenes from the novel. A good hour on foot, and it costs nothing.

480 acres on the Alabama River with a boat ramp, picnic areas and three nature trails. Free to enter, and one of the prettiest spots in the county.

94 stocked acres — bass, bream, catfish — with a pier and boat ramp. Open Wednesday through Sunday, sunrise to sunset. Buy your permit before you come; they aren't sold at the lake.
